Piato coffee & fine food continues to implement technology to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service we can provide. The Palm Tec register system is the latest technology available in the hospitality sector. It is a mobile point of sale system with the complete menu programmed into it. Each menu item can be ordered by a press of a button and then is efficiently received by the corresponding department, e.g. drinks are printed in the bar and any food dockets are printed in the kitchen. Piato introduced this system in 2003, making it the first café/restaurant in the Illawarra of it’s kind. We continue this trend by introducing the most up to date programs available to this system, enabling us to increase speed and efficiency.
